The Towson Campus Greens was formed out of frustration over the 2004 presidential election, and the utter lack of professionlism demonstrated by the two major parties.

It's easy to see why college students across the nation have more or less turned away from politics. The two party duopoly does not represent our views, or the views of the public at large.

American voters, both young and old, deserve to be able to vote for qualified candidates that have a broad base of support in the community -- not just a bulging bank account due to special interests.

We are working hard to bring democracy back to the people, at all levels of government. Unlike the two major parties, our candidates run clean campaigns -- refusing to receive any donations from unions, PAC's, or corporations.

The Green Party realizes that the decisions made today by our elected officials are drastically shaping tomorrow's world. As college students, we must realize that it is our future that they are selling! Elected officials work for us...let's make sure they know it.
