The BCGP is forming a committee to plan and implement ways to reach out to minority populations and encourage them to become active in the Green Party. We believe that the BCGP should represent the concerns and needs of the diverse population of Baltimore County, and that we cannot not fully do this unless our membership adequately reflects this diversity.
